What equipment do I need?

You'll need a yoga mat, a cushion or bolster, and comfortable clothes. A yoga strap and block are optional but helpful for some practices. Nothing fancy required — we focus on accessibility.

How do I join the WhatsApp group?

How much time do I need each day?
